It is specified that, in accordance with Recital no. 26 of EU REG. 2016/679, consent will not be required for the processing for the purposes referred to in no. 3 and 4 of point A since the processing of data for these purposes has been considered by the Data Controller to be a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 letter f of EU REG. 2016/679 and may be subject to opposition by the interested party. In fact, the interested party has the right to object in whole or in part to the processing for the purposes indicated in no. 3 and 4 of point A. Opposition to the processing for the purposes referred to in no. 3 and 4 of point A will not result in the failure to carry out the relationship with our company.

The processing of your data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in paragraph 2 of art. 4 of EU REG. 2016/679 and specifically: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. Your data are subjected to both paper and electronic and/or automated processing.

The Data Controller will process the acquired data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes underlying the processing and the same will be stored for the time in which the owner is subject to the conservation obligations provided for by law.

Your data may be made accessible for the purposes indicated in point A of this document:

– to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller specifically appointed and/or to companies in charge and/or responsible for processing and/or system administrators;

In particular, for the purposes no. 1, 2 and 3 indicated in point A, personal data may also be communicated, without the need for express consent art. 6 letters b) and c) of EU REG. 2016/679 to:

– to the financial administration, credit institutions, data processing centers, professionals and consultants, companies operating in the transport sector and to any bodies authorized according to legislative, regulatory or contractual provisions and in general to public or private entities for the purposes indicated above.

These entities will process the data in their capacity as independent data controllers.

Your data will not be disclosed.

Personal data is stored on servers located in Italy, within the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller hereby ensures that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, subject to the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.
